CITIES IN THE SURROUNDINGS WORTH SEEING

Our Chalet Wildmoos is the perfect starting point for all excursions in the area. Salzburg , for example, is only approx. 50 km away, Kitzbühel and Zell am See both approx. 36 km and there are also beautiful destinations in neighboring Bavaria, such as Königsee , Bad Reichenhall or Berchtesgaden .

Get out into nature and marvel at the soft green, that is one of the most beautiful activities in spring in St. Martin near Lofer . When the sun’s rays get stronger again and you can enjoy the sun on your face to the fullest. Depending on how Easter falls, you can sometimes even go skiing on the Loferer Alm until mid-April or do one or the other ski tour. The snowmelt has already uncovered sunny hiking trails around our Wildmoos house and you can slowly do the first laps on the cycle path again. In short, spring here in the Salzburger Saalachtal is simply wonderful.
